Refund policy

McKenna Pool and Spa Supply Merchandise Return Procedure

New, unopened items are eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days of delivery. The shipping cost of the returned item will be covered by us if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item etc.).

Refunds are issued to the same payment card used for purchase. Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

In order to receive a refund we will require the original order number, the product you wish to return, the reason you wish to return the product, and a photo of the product to prove its condition and quality for our records and insurance purposes.

1. All custom liners are final sale
2. All customer covers are final sale
3. All custom orders are final sale
4. Products removed from their protective packaging may not be eligible for return
